It is governed by the <strong>Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection<\/strong> and its Regulatory Decree 1558\/2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any inquiries or to exercise your rights: <strong>privacidad@argentinaxp.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-que-datos-recolectamos\">2. What data do we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advertiser Data:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identifying information:<\/strong> First and last name, date of birth, ID number and type (ID card, passport, or driver&#x27;s license), nationality, and a copy of the ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visual verification data:<\/strong> Initial check video and monthly verification videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact details:<\/strong> email and phone (if provided by the Advertiser).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advertising data<\/strong> stage name, description, photos and videos to be posted, general location (neighborhood or city), profession, date and time of publication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email communications<\/strong> maintained with ArgentinaXP throughout the relationship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Membership payment:<\/strong> ArgentinaXP <strong>It does not store card or payment method data.<\/strong>..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B) Visitor Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selected language and strictly necessary cookies for site operation (see point 8).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ArgentinaXP <strong>It does not collect or conserve<\/strong> IP address, device identifiers, browser, or activity logs of anonymous visitors through its proprietary system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C) Third-party data that communicates with us:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email, message content, and any information the person decides to share when reporting content, making a complaint, or submitting a request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-para-que-tratamos-sus-datos-finalidades\">3. Why we process your data (purposes)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The data collected is used exclusively for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verify identity and legal age<\/strong> from the Advertiser before and during the term of the notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Post and manage the notice<\/strong> hired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manage billing<\/strong> of memberships and issue operational communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address inquiries, complaints, and claims<\/strong> received through the channels of point 13.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fulfill legal obligations<\/strong>, especially those derived from legitimate judicial or police requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prevent, detect, and investigate<\/strong> criminally punishable conduct described in the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not use your data for third-party advertising, commercial profiling, or sale to data brokers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-base-legal-del-tratamiento\">4. Legal basis for processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Express consent of the data subject<\/strong>, lent upon registration and acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions (arts. 5 and 7 Law 25.326).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Execution of the advertising contract<\/strong> between the Advertiser and ArgentinaXP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliance with legal obligations<\/strong> (cooperation with authorities, crime prevention).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest<\/strong> to ensure site security and prevent illicit conduct (Art. 5 sec. 2 Law 25.326).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consent can be revoked at any time as per point 10, without retroactive effect on treatments already performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-por-cuanto-tiempo-conservamos-los-datos\">5. Who accesses your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>They only access personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Authorized personnel<\/strong> from ArgentinaXP, subject to confidentiality obligation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology providers<\/strong> strictly necessary: hosting, email services, payment processors. These providers act as data controllers under Article 25 of Law 25.326 and are contractually bound to confidentiality and the agreed-upon purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Judicial or police authorities<\/strong> Argentina, exclusively upon formal and legitimate request (warrants, digital searches).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competent authorities<\/strong>, without prior requirement, in cases of reporting crimes against minors and human trafficking, in accordance with the duty of collaboration provided for in Law 26.061 and Law 26.842.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We never sell, rent, or lease personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-transferencias-internacionales\">7. International Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some technology providers (hosting, email, payment processors) may be based outside of Argentina. In those cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the transfer is to countries with an adequate level of protection recognized by the AAIP (e.g., European Union countries or the United Kingdom), no further authorization is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the transfer is made to countries without an adequate level, it is carried out based on the consent of the data subject and through contractual clauses that ensure a level of protection equivalent to that of Law 25.326, in accordance with the <strong>Disposition AAIP 60\/2016<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-cookies-y-tecnologias-similares\">8. Cookies and similar technologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ArgentinaXP uses strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Session and preferences:<\/strong> Maintain your session active and remember the selected language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic Third-Party Cookies<\/strong> specific to the technical platform hosting the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can configure your browser to reject, delete, or be warned about cookies. This may affect the site's functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-medidas-de-seguridad\">9. Safety Measures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or improper disclosure, in accordance with Article 9 of Law 25,326 and the recommendations of the AAIP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Secure storage of verification documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricted access for authorized personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure Connections (HTTPS \/ TLS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanent deletion upon expiration of retention periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a relevant security incident, ArgentinaXP will notify affected data subjects and the AAIP in accordance with current regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-sus-derechos-como-titular-de-datos\">10. Your rights as a data subject<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Articles 14 to 16 of Law 25.326 and Article 43 of the National Constitution (habeas data), you may exercise the following rights at any time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access<\/strong> know what data of yours we process, for what purpose, and to whom it is communicated. It is <strong>free<\/strong> every six months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correction:<\/strong> correct inaccurate or incomplete data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Update:<\/strong> modify data that has changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suppression<\/strong> request the erasure of their data when it is no longer necessary, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong> that your data will only be used for the stated purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opposition<\/strong> object to treatment in specific cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revocation of consent<\/strong> withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-11-como-ejercer-sus-derechos\">11. How to exercise your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Send an email to <strong>privacidad@argentinaxp.com<\/strong> from the registered email address, indicating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The right that you wish to exercise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your identifying information (name, document type, and number).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In your case, a copy of an identity document to confirm ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We respond within <strong>10 consecutive days<\/strong> for the right of access and within the <strong>5 business days<\/strong> for the rights of rectification, updating, and deletion, in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of Law 25.326.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not receive a response or are not satisfied with it, you may file a claim with the <strong>Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP)<\/strong> to initiate the habeas data action provided for in art. 43 of the National Constitution and in arts. 33 et seq. of Law 25.326.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-12-menores-de-edad\">12. Minors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ArgentinaXP is an adult site. <strong>We do not process personal data of minors under 18 years of age under any circumstances.<\/strong> If we detect that data from a minor has been collected, we immediately delete it and proceed according to the protocol described in the Company Policy and Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone who suspects a minor is using or appearing on the site can report it to <strong>denuncias@argentinaxp.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-13-modificaciones\">Modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. The current version is the one published on this page, with the last updated date at the beginning. Substantial changes will be notified to active Advertisers via their registered email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-14-autoridad-de-control-y-contacto\">14.
